Option 1 - Generic Book Plate
At only $.75/bookplate, each bookplate includes your institution’s name and the Hebrew and English dates . View a book plate sample . Bookplates must be ordered in multiples of 4. Minimum order is 12 bookplates per design.
Option 2 - Personalized Book Plates
For $ 1.25/bookplate you can add personalized names to each bookplate! View a personalized book plate sample . Bookplates must be ordered in multiples of 4. Minimum order is 12 bookplates per design.
Custom Logo
For a one time charge of $ 25.00 add a custom logo to your bookplates. Subsequent orders will include your logo at no additional charge . See a sample book plate with a custom logo .
Ordering is Easy!
For generic bookplates: Fill out the information below and indicate “generic” bookplates, select border design, icon, font styles, etc.
For personalized bookplates : Fill out information below and indicate “personalized” bookplates. After submitting your order, email your list of names in Excel or Word format to graphics@jewishbookdistributors.com referencing your web order number. For English OR Hebrew names list your names in one column. If submitting Hebrew AND English names, list names in two columns.

To add a custom logo : Indicate “custom logo” below and email a copy of your logo in .jpg, .psd, .pdf or .ai format to graphics@jewishbookdistributors.com referencing your web order number (for best results, the image should be at least 300 DPI and 3 inches wide).
